Payment instructions

After successfully booking your ferry ticket on GreenlinesDP, it means you have reserved a ticket exactly as desired, and the holding period will be notified via Email. Please choose your preferred payment method to complete the reservation process.

GreenlinesDP supports the following payment methods:

1. SECURE PAYMENT VIA ONEPAY GATEWAY: This is a fast and safe method for customers purchasing tickets online. When paying through ONEPAY, customers have the opportunity to get discounted tickets for each trip during promotional campaigns.

2. PAYMENT AT TICKET COUNTER: After successfully booking your ticket, please visit the GreenlinesDP ticket offices to make payment and collect your ticket. You can pay by cash or by bank card — our offices are equipped with card readers to better serve our customers.

*Note: To avoid automatic ticket cancellation, please come to the ticket counter at least 2 hours before departure to collect your ticket or call to reserve it at 098.800.9579.

3. BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT: You can make payment via direct bank transfer to our Vietcombank account. After completing the transfer, please call us immediately at 098.800.9579. We will verify your payment, and the e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provided.

*Note: Please include the following message in your transfer details: “FERRY TICKET PAYMENT <Booking Code>, <Customer Name>“
